Where did your Cordero ancestors live in 1900? Many lived in a six-block area of downtown Santa Barbara  bounded by Figueroa, Laguna, Canon Perdido, and Anacapa streets (blocks 138, 139, 140, 154, 155, and 156). Below is a portion of the 1907 Sandborn map for Santa Barbara that shows where Cordero families lived in 1900. The location of residences was based on the 1900 Census, the 1901 Santa Barbara City Directory, and the 1900 Voter Registration lists. I selected the more permanent address for those who had multiple addresses. This page includes the following:
